this "pop-up johnnies" thing made me think, how can you seriously read anything written by someone called "john up dyke"????

King_Ghidra
15-09-2006, 09:49:23
well it's updike isn't it, not up dyke

and haven't you ever noticed that you're the only person in the world who finds it funny to take names apart and make fun of them, e.g 'ether ring tone' from etherington in the uefa cup thread...

In the WHOLE world???, oh my, thanks for the extensive survey!
It must be because english is still a language I need to explore, thus I have the maturity of a firstgrader when using it.
I should take example from you to understand which jokes are grownup and acceptable and which not

OTOH everyone else was in stitches at the CG meeting in Hamburg when they saw Nav with the Derrington = Der-Ring-Ton t-shirt, not my joke.....

Drekkus
