My 360s were always very positive -- the gung-ho Christian on the team (presumably) told me sometimes during lunch I say some things which are politically incorrect. Everyone else said I had a great sense of humour.

Vincent
28-07-2006, 06:54:25
so why don't you show this sense of humour here?

Asher
28-07-2006, 07:02:28
There are Germans here, what would be the point?

Vincent

Just wait until you get ruthlessly ambitious people working under you.

In case anyone is genuinely baffled, 360 feedback is where you ask for open feedback on yourself and your performance from your subordinates, peers and superiors. The feedback can be anonymous.

For instance, I might respond "maroule shows an real aptitude for devising workable solutions, but has a distressing tendency to come to work with semen on his tie". That sort of thing.

Funko

It does beg the question, if he sees it there, why does he still wear it to work?

maroule

what, you never wank in the toilet and grab the closest piece of silk around? (I only wipe my cock with pure silk)

King_Ghidra

very Sade-esque

Funko

In HR, not a HR, I hate them equally... but at least I get to charge them heavily to do easy jobs they should be doing themselves

It's a reasoned and logical response in the face of Human Resources, surely?

Japher
28-07-2006, 13:55:31
everyone hates HR

our stupid HR department has hire not 1, not 2, but 3 people to be "in charge of benefits"... and our benefits still suck!

morans.

Every time I've dealt with HR, they've screwed up. However I can't complain because if I did, they might realise that both times I took parental leave (13 weeks in total) they failed to realise it should have been unpaid.
