For those who messed around with this after I posted it back on ACOL, there is a new update of this fantastic (and Free!)program. Now supported are some better instrumentation (with mouse functionality!), better models and planet textures with city lights visible on night sides, amongst other things.

See here:

Also, see the Related Sites page for some very cool add-ons that others have made.

I was so bad at that thing. :) But I'll check out the new stuff. It is fun.

Cool. I only checked there a couple of weeks ago to see if there had been any updates..

This baby taught me a lot about orbital dynamics. Now if I ever get stranded in space, I'll have a much higher chance of getting home.... ;)

Killthrust finally works for me. It makes all the difference. The only problem is that the program tends to freeze up a bit more. My trip to the sun was delayed because time stopped.

That was probably caused by a Micro-Wormhole in Stasis-Flux.

That's what I think, because I ended up on a Peacekeeper ship shortly thereafter. ;)

Lots of fun improvements to this version... if only it didn't crash more often than I remember its predecessor doing.
