If you have an overweight or not - no matter, you MUST keep your body in a good form!!!
Slim body is beautiful and healthy!!! If you have an overweight, you'll get health problems earlier or later...

BMI is a bollocks anyway. It only goes on height and weight. If you are tall and well built i.e. rugby player (and you'd think fairly fit), you can have a similar BMI to a short fat person i.e. me.
