I like the house on slide 10, it's very familiar with the architecture of Tadao Ando. one of my GODS

It's no 1930's style house, that's for sure. Classic and stylish.

Bah, none of those buildings look like a carpark or an oilrefinery.

The jury praised this project as an example of how Modern architecture can fit within historic places, noting the harmonious scale of the new, 21,000-square-foot building in context with a nearby city park and adjacent building.

I like the Bigelow Chapel the best. Some are just stupid, like the Visiting Artists House in slide 10, buy I suspect the pictures don't capture the best part of that. I'd like mr.G to explain what is attractive about two concrete walls leading up to a sterile entrance. I just don't get it.

mr_G

ok you made a point, it's the plan what i like tho. I has a very open layout.
Will look for some pics.

Ok. I think the pic they used is probably the worst pic they could have chosen. Still not my taste (like living in a bunker), but at least I see why it would interest people.

Drekkus

 That Visiting Art House pic DOES have some Call of Duty bunker action feel to it.
