just started packing ot move house - its amazing the games I've accumulated and not junked over the years.

Having to be a but ruthless as I have a limited amount of space so anything old or obselete is going.

Notable ones I've thrown out (amongst many others)

Terra Nova
Imperium Galactica II,
Dungeon Keeper
Starwars:supremacy
railroad tycoon I and II
the entire baldurs gate series
icewind dale
heavy gear
hostile waters
various rainbow 6 games
placescape torment
messiah
x-com interceptor
total air war
privateer 2
oni
Tron
Homeworld
battlefield vietnam
D-Day - preview edition
europa universalis
tropico
halo

Didn't give them away or something?

Some of those are good games.

gave away a few but most went in the bin. There are some good games but a lot of the ones I binned wont run without DOS. Also the kids round here couldnt give a toss about classic games - its all console crap or nothing.

Couldn't bring my self to get rid of system shock 2 or the thief games.

I have a ton of games, most of em bad, comes with the territory of reviewing.

For every good game I review I estimate I see 3-5 average to bad games.

Geez ... I still have the original floppies of the first SimCity lying around somewhere ... Oh and I think I got a free disk for 'brand new' AOL 3.0 too.

Ebay them. If they don't sell, so what? If they do, bonus money!

I would have bought Torment off of you - imo the best RPG game ever.

Last time I moved I found 3 1/2 inch discs for Legacy (horror) and Lunar Command (moonbase sim), also 5 1/4 inch discs for both Wasteland and Deathlord.

Think I may have tossed Legacy and put the others back into their cardboard cases and stored them. Doubtful about the data on the discs. Probably dead.

I've tossed Ultima IX and Pool of Radiance II

I have a box filled with 8 bit nintendo games in a closet, must be 80+ games in there.

I know people with Atari 2600 games still.

Bah, I still have my 5.25' floppies with Ultima Underworld I and other games.

And yes, I also have the drive lying around on a shelf somewhere.

when I moved I threw away all my boxes and manuals, but kept the discs/CD's. I still have computer games from around 1995.

Yeah I should still have 8-bit Nentendo games somewhere still. I still got Genesis stuff too. Oh and I still have my Atari Lynx. Remember that?

I still have colonization (which was one of the first ones I bought with my own money)

and I have downloaded others.. (basically freeware now, so why keep them?)

I've still got my Atari 800XL and loads of games for it.
I don't have the right power supply for the tape drive though so I can't play them.

Better as memories.

How much room does some CDs and a few manuals take? That's not very much. That list had a lot of really great games on it.

Looking to my right I see Ultima IV and V, and Starflight 1 and 2, among others.

Looking to my left I see 1602 AD and the Total Annihilation Commander's pack, among others.

Diablo 2 LOD and MoO2 are still in my regular rotation.
