From what I can deduce, Funko is upset because he doesn't know who the daddy is.

It would seem that ZMama is the aunt, Tizzy is the daddy, and Paktis wants to know why he wasn't invited and there were no pictured posted.

 Thanks everyone. Our little son Marnix was born april 19 on 5.37, weighing 3250 grams. He was induced at 36 weeks and 4 days. The mother is doing fine. We're both very happy of course.
But unfortunately the baby is still in the hospital. His lungs are not fully developed, and a few hours after birth, he turned a greyish purple. I never liked the series ER, but seeing 7 people running and shouting around your baby, inserting tubes, syringes and what not into your child, made me very weak in the knees.

But he's doing pretty good right now. He has a tube up his nose that supplies some extra oxygen that helps him breath, and they've given him some sort of protein stuff that has helped his lungs develop. I think it will be a few more days to a week until he's home. Seeing him there with all those wires and tubes is a sad sight, but he will be fine soon, and then we'll have a healthy baby boy at home.

We're not sure who's looks he has though. He has my lips and my wife's ears. The nose we're not sure about, since he has had it taped since a few hours after birth.

BigGameHunter
20-04-2006, 22:08:51
Oooops...sorry...that's my nose.

They're moving him back to the intensive care unit of the hospital where he was born. Which is a good sign, since he was moved to an academic childrens hospital for special treatment for his lungs. The fact that he doesn't need to be there any more is a sign of improvement.
My guess is he will be released from hospital at the end of next week.
