I swear I am terrible at keeping at a schedule.

You have been exercising for 3 years now KH?

What are your stats?

BF%, Weight, BW%, 2 mile, 3 mile, different weights?

3 years? Hah. I stopped for two years in between. More like 3 months continuously.

3 mile is like 18:30
No idea on BF. Probably around 8%. Whatever it is, muscle definition fairly apparent all over body
148 lbs (at 5'11)
Dumbbell shoulder press: 50 lbs each arm
Dumbbell bench press: 60 lbs each arm
Lat pull-down: 150 lbs
Bicep curls: 40 lbs each arm
Tricep curls (cable): 120 lbs (2 arms)

Overall, my upper body has gotten around 30-50% stonger over the last 3 months. Some stuff more than others. Biggest gain in shoulder press. Smallest gain in bench (only started it a month ago, and some of the work had already been done on triceps from curls and on pecs from flat flyes).

Should try the barbell bench at some point to see what 60+60 equates to (should be significantly higher than 120, since stability not as much of an issue and you get to cheat on tricep strength)

My bf is about 10-11 %.

About the weights I use during working out, I have no idea whether it's in pounds or kilos. I just pick the weight I can just handle.

currently the weight of my nonfat is 150

I was a lot stronger a couple years ago (the 170...), so the weight of my nonfat should have been higher... (and even if it wasn't, that would still be a BF % of 12)

but I still looked fat (still had a belly and manboobs)

my body sucks

A man's beer belly was never seen as a symbol of his manliness. The thing was just that at one time men refused to get fazed about having one. Que sara sara.

Now-a-days there's a growing trend for them to be as frantic as the women about their physical appearance.

I'm writing as an independent observer of the groups, I'm not implying anything.

There again, if CH is an example ...

Independent observer still implies that you aren't a member of the groups.
