Move to Canda. You can probably even get married there. Also. Get hit by a beer truck. Then I can love beer even more.

As long as these things are still making national news it can't be all bad. The day to run for canada is the day that that kind of thing is so commonplace none of the news outlets care anymore.

The connotation is you're getting some kind of sexual gratification ... when a 6-year-old doesn't have that capacityHmmm I think they can. I may not have known that the excitment was classified as 'sexual' at that age, or even what that really meant, but I know what sort of thoughts thrilled. The problem is not whether a 6 year old can get sexual gratification or not, but whether it is abnormal behaviour. I'm unconvinced it is. It's just one of those many subjects that children have to be taught right from wrong behaviour.

" Earlier that year, a Lexington, North Carolina, 6-year-old was separated from his class after kissing a classmate on the cheek."

Oooohh the dirty little beast. 'ee should be strung by his tiny little ball bag.

What a load of old pish.

If the kissing was being carried out while the kid was being held down by several other kids, and screaming his/her head off, then by all means give the kid a bollocking, otherwise leave it well alone.

He'd never have been kissed on the cheek, if he hadn't bent down to tie that shoelace,

What a load of rubbish...at six?! Yes tell a kid off for being cheeky or bullying, but punishing him for sexual harrassment, it's dumb, it'll just confuse him.

However if that girl had stolen his pencil case - I would argue she was asking for it!

What are you on about ? If a kid does something wrong you teach them that's not right. If teaching that bullying is wrong doesn't confuse, then neither will teaching unwanted attention is wrong either. The kid would have to be sub-normal to get confused.

That kid did not pay unwanted attention to that girl in a sexual way! I don't care what you say.

Tell me about it! It should have been her that was expelled, the little hussy.

If it achieved anything, that decision reinforced that we, men, boys of 6, are trampled on by society.
