He's been on the scene, like myself, for a long time. That's why it's surprising to see he's a lot younger than I assumed. Much like yourself, in fact.

Drekkus

Younger than you expected? Somehow people remain the same age as when I "met" them. So SP is still about 18 to me. And Finn Willie still 5. Hearing their real ages shocks me.

Gibsie

So it's like the opposite of Dissident on Apolyton who I thought was about 17, but nay, he's actually a grown man.

Vincent
02-01-2006, 16:40:24
Or like Mr_G. He gets younger every day. He's now 8, but was 67 when he started to post. Time runs faster for him too.

Oh, and: FACT

The worst thing about having a birthday late in the year is having to remember both a new age, and a new date. If you catch me unawares in the next couple months, I'd still be 22, and it would still be 2005. I'm not sure it's worse than having a birthday in the middle of the year though, because then you couldn't even calculate your age by your birth-year, without having to keep track of which half of the year you were in. I'm (current year - birth year) - 1 years old for 97.5% of the year.

that optical trick is classic and famous, but I always wondered what all those red Ys are there for

HelloKitty

The Ys gove your eye something to contrast with to aid the illusion that parts of it are stationary.
