I'm thinking about putting a CD together. Who wants to take part in a new round of Listen Without Predjudice?

I think we'll be doing one in the New Year- a full-blown multi-contributor effort, that is. Naturally, you'd be welcome to take part.

If you're looking at doing one all of your own, I'm sure you'll get takers. What sort of stuff will feature?

Isn't the point that people don't know what it is until after they listen to it?

Under full-blown LWP conditions, yes. If people are just doing a whole CD of their own stuff, they tend to give some clues up-front to get interest. Having said that, there are no rules to this sort of thing, so if you want to keep it all secret then go for it.

So, we're doing Oerdin's LWP8 entry (the one where we did the whole CDs and didn't post articles) and LWP9 (full-blown two-or-three-tracks pp on two CDs) concurrently? I don't see a problem with that. Oerdin, do you wanna do both or just your CD?

At some point I'm going to do another "Pollute your ears"- this time it'll be the electronica one I've been threatening for years.

I'll ease my way into this. I'll provide 2-3 tracks and we can all produce a common CD.
