Hey The Management, my PMbox was full since the Rotterdam meeting, and I didn't bother emptying it. (yet)

From the forums main page I could see that I had 250 PMs in it.
This morning it suddenly says 224.

WHAT HAPPENED?

I haven't even entered it, so it hasn't been me removing them.

Is there some auto-archiving feature, some expiration date, some authoritative cleansing by you, or is our server losing data??????

now I've lost 2 more, they're down to 222!
:bash:

maybe someone is bit by bit erasing my memory of you all, like in Sternal Sunshine of a Spotless Mind

They're coming to get you MoSe.... RUN and don't look up at the sky!

MoSe

and now they're down to 216!!! :(
:bash:
:shoot:

if one can't keep memory of his past here...

if this is the expected behavior, please explain
if this is a loss of data, please fix it

!!!

The only solution is to post all your PM's publicly. That way the memory will have more of a chance to stay alive.

actually his ones are mostly those who got lost
maybe he became hostile to me for some unfathomable reason, and he's somehow able to "recall" his PMs to erase any trace of past communications between us....

???

You're probably just ignoring them like his posts.

Ok, I said that as a joke but seems it's not - if you really do have him on ignore then you won't see his PMs.

I thought about it, but it doesn't work that way for the others I have put on ignore too.... er.... :cute:

You'll just have to stop ignoring people :)

MoSe

I did it because I felt ignored
now I don't know how to undo it
and I already can't resist to click [here]

Settings -> Edit Ignore List

And for the last one, you just need to find some willpower :)

No, do you have Tizzy on ignore?

He was putting people on ignore and their PMs were vanishing.

I'm afraid to de-ignore them lest I find out they won't come back! :nervous:
