Came back home to lunch to see this on the PC screen, a message from the Kerio Firewall.

An application is trying to communicate with a remote computer ....

127.0.0.1, port 4090

RuleId = 335544346But that IP address is my own PC isn't it ?!? should I be concerned, or what ?

That's how some programs communicate with others on your computer. It means that Kerio VPN was trying to connect to something without going over the public internet (probably itself). Nothing to be concerned about, but unless you're using Kerio VPN, you should probably block it.

Thanks. It looked like it was moaning about itself.

Assuming it doesn't give permissino until I say, it's effectively blocked itself so far. I'll block it officially when I get back this evening.
