Ok here is a good one but you gotta do the conversions

Preheat oven to 350F

1/2 cup butter
4 oz unsweetened chocolate

Melt these two together and cool the mixture

Beat together until light and foamy
4 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt

add gradually and continue beating until well creamed

2 cups of sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine the chocolate and the egg mixtures with a few swift strokes
Fold in

1 cup of sifted flour

Stir gently until the flour is incorporated

Bake in a greased 9x13 pan about 25 mins

(Since you have been having probs with burning stuff maybe bake at a slightly lower temp. And watch them!!!...Chocolate burns easily)

I'll help.

4 eggs = 4 eggs

Funko
28-09-2005, 15:29:59
Preheat oven to 180C

100g butter
100g unsweetened chocolate

Melt these two together and cool the mixture

Beat together until light and foamy
4 eggs
2.5ml salt

add gradually and continue beating until well creamed

400g sugar
5ml vanilla extract

Combine the chocolate and the egg mixtures with a few swift strokes
Fold in

200g flour

Stir gently until the flour is incorporated

Bake in a greased 22*33cm pan for about 25 mins at 180C

Note, I've rounded down slightly. 1/2 a cup is 113 grams but I've rounded to 100, so don't use giant eggs...
