I'm afraid it is all a lie. Gere never had a gerbil in his ass.

Not much to write home about really is it? Just a quaint fishing village and a massive freight port. I went there on a field trip when I was a Uni. The quote is the words of our tour guide Mario. He couldn't speak great English but still managed to articulate his feelings about Marsaxlokk beautifully.

.........and make me and my friend laugh to this day when we mimic it.

So we had McDonald's.
