As if any of you have cared.

I have been gone for sometime now, and while I vow never to returned, I find that might "vows" are pretty weak and not really thought out.

While I don't have internet service in my new city yet, I find that Kinkos does for 20 cents/minute. That's a high enough rate to keep me from torturing you all too long.

Just wait until I get my own place, and a DSL line, and a computer!

Pay another twenty cents and make a spend the extra minute making a coherent sentence.

Oh, and welcome back. :D

Hey Japher, how did the move go? Are you liking Ohio so far? My in-laws live over that way - in Cleveland.

Geez ... Go to your local library. You can get access for a limited amount of time per day for free usually.

20 cents? Fuck that. I'd give them a buck sixty and then wank all over the computer.

I'd like to know how the move went as well. Japher, has your wife had the rug rat yet?

Probably not...she's due about the same time as my wife is, and we still have a month to go.

Still waiting on the rug rat, but it's doing fine from what the docs tell us.

Ohio, so far, is great. We went to a block party at our new block last night and had a great time. Good neighbs.

Greg isn't far from us. I have his number, and as soon as things get a little calmer I will call him.

We close on our house today, next month our house in San Jose goes on the market.

Did you buy a brand new house or a pre-existing house? Also what's the price range like in Ohio?

Japher
23-07-2005, 20:40:42
The house is 7 years new, in a development that is not quite complete. I think that once the development is complete the prices will pick up some. The house is about 2400 square feet, not including the finished basement and backs up to a nature reserve/preserve (whatever)... I paid $219,000 for it, my payments will depend on what I end up getting from my old house as all profits are going to be spilled into the new house. I didn't get the best interest rate since I have the old place still sitting on my credit. Still, we will be much better off.
