What the hell? I'm too young for this...my neck just snapped loud enough to wake up my fiancee from a dead sleep, for the second time in a week.

Help!

if your gf woke up, can't you just get a massage from her? it'd be in the interest of both...

She has to do the whole wake up and go to work thing soon. Sucks to be her.

Is your neck like a twig? Cause I can snap those.

Yep, it's just one big size 19.5 twig. :p

You should do some neck exercises/stretches. I have to do them all the time because of my neck. I used to be able to crack my neck so hard the noise echoed around the house. Now it's alot better.

1. look all the way up and down 10 times.
2. look all the way left and right ten times.
3. put your ear down to your shoulder five times on each side.
4. gently roll your head around 10 times.
5. roll your shoulders forwards 10 times
6. roll your shoulders backwards ten times.

repeat if necessary. If you sit at a computer all day, do it two or three times during the day.

You might want to get a better bed and make sure your neck is supported properly when you sleep.

I know I need a new bed...just can't afford anything that would actually be an upgrade at the moment.

I'm supposed to do all those ergonomics exercises anyways (also some for my hands)... I just always forget about them.
