In half an hour I'll be leaving office, to get ready for The Final.
I'll drink that magnum of Piper-Heidsieck BEFOREHAND, to avoid that it might remain unused later, and so that I'll be properly carburated for the right time.

Tomorrow I'll be home, packing and having to care for several things.

Friday I'll wake up at dawn to get the plane for my usual Sardinia seaside destination. At Easter the Internet Points there were still closed, as it was still considered off-season. I hope they'll be open by now.

I'll be back at the office on monday the 5th.

Oh, and as I bounced back to a local high in weight recently, I'm planning to olnly drink water and eat fruits and vegs and swim and walk a lot, hoping to get back on the "leaning" trend :cute:

lean and mean. Have fun on your holidays. But I'm still horribly undecided on who should win the final.

I still can't believe it's really happened.
Must have been all a bad dream.

this thread is about sardinian holidays
if you really need you can at most speak about Zola, who's from there

BTW, I've been there too :)

where on sardinia is this?

I was there two years ago up on the NE corner but spent most of the time sailing.

I did find a couple of wild tortoises crawling around which was cool.

for Beta1

you just can't find a decent map the way you exactly want it...

Zola's hometown, which was last pic with the cliffs looming above it, it's Oliena, and it's few km SE of Nuoro, you'll see it if you zoom in from the multimap linked here.

The gulf on the right side (Orosei) is a sequence of small bays you can only reach by boat or by trekking, it's fantastic.

The NE corner (north of Olbia) was very nice too, but in the last decades it has been transformed into rich/luxury villages villas and resorts.
