BLTs are great especially when the bacon is hot and crisp so the meyo melts just a bit.

I can't really see why noodles have enough fat in them to warrant having low fat noodles.

That's exactly what I thought. You look at the back of a pack of noodles though and the ingredients go:

flour, palm oil, vegetable oil...

An average pack of noodles is about 500 cal. Low calorie noodles are about 280 and have a nicer taste and texture.
