So, in Scotland in Banffshire there is a town called Keith.

The sign says something like "Welcome to Keith, the friendly town"

I wanted to get a picture but we drove past too fast and I thought too slow.

It's just up the road from Dufftown.

It's clearly CG's spiritual home.

yeah i know that town, it is at the start of the Malt Whisky trail, and the town itself is home to three distilleries, amongst them Chivas Brothers.

Interesting you say three because Keith's fourth distillery is by far its best know, Strathisla. This is well signposted both within Keith and for miles around: you could be forgiven for thinking it is the only distillery in the area. What you find is one of the most attractive distilleries in Scotland.

But yes, a tiny town, called Keith with 4 distilleries and down the road from Dufftown. It's too CG for words!

It has the only tartan museum in Scotland, an indication of the town's history in the wool industry.
