Ah, the HAL. I got a link to this last week, and looked it up. $20k for a commercial version.

My coworker is very interested in purchasing one, and hopes his medical insurance will cover it. He lost adequate use of his legs many many years ago due to polio. He hopes it'll help him not fall over at Costco any more.
