I simply must eat that greasy carb laden snack!

To the kitchen- and don't spare the horses!

Mmmmm... cheese on toast.

I've found that a bit of thai sweet chilli sauce on the bread under the cheese is nice.

Or tomato puree and garlic.

Has anyone got worcester sauce to splash into the cheese like it does on the adds though? It always just hits the top layer of cheese fat and rolls off when I try that.

One day I will achieve that!

Stick some pesto and tomato puree underneath and some olives and herbs on top and hey presto - mini pizzas!

You can also use humus instead of pesto - equally nice!

hmmm I'm not so keen onthe tomato idea but I do likes a bit of worcester! the key is to hit it after its cooked- some spillage is necessary for the greater good tho.

My hamster Moomin wrestled a crust off me and then spent about a minute licking the grease off his paws lol

Yes, after it's cooked but in the adds the sauce splashes into the cheese in slow motion, I think I need to get the cheese hotter and somehow pour the sauce when it's still hot.

That is my SECRET recipe! Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce also goes well in pizza and Nacho's.

It's amazing!

Thai Sweet Chilli sauce is fantastic on loads of things.

One of my favourties is to stir fry some chicken breast in lots of sweet chilli sauce and garlic puree, chuck in loads of chinese style veg, and serve with noodles.

Mmmm.
Damnit, I need to go and get some breakfast now.
