Actually, after a bit reasoning with my engineer cowie....
if it were water, 1kg would be 1liter = 1dm^3... volume 4/3*PI*r^3... a water sphere of 1 kg would have a 6.2cm radius (that's less than 2"1/2).
That means a water HEMIsphere of the same radius would weigh 0.5 kg

AFAIK, tits float in water, so they're lighter, thus the same tit weight would occupy more space than the same weight in water...
I have no idea of the specific weight tho... I could find no "blubber" in scientific data tables....
Then you'd have to account for the pearlike shape deformation, altough I'd say that what's taken out form above makes up from what hangs more below (wrt to a perfect sphere, I mena). At least, I'd take that as an acceptable approx....

But, because of the nonlinear ratio (it's cubed!), you find that
6.2cm = 0.5kg water hemisphere
7.8cm = 1.0kg water hemisphere

with an increase of just 1.6kg in radius, you'd double the weight!

So, lighter than water, pearshaped.... with a wild guess, I'd increase those measures by a 1.3 factor.
That would yield 8cm for the 1/2 kilo one, and 10cmfor the 1kilo one...
My live, interactive memories date back several year, but I'd say that with 1 kg you'd get a full C.

Yeah, I know two sisters who had that done. Same situation, still quite large.
