Today's the first day back at work after daylight savings, and I'm tired, having woken at the pre-PDST time of 4:50AM. I don't need stupid InfoSys managers claiming that we can't reach our hosted web-based case management site that resides in Florida because we have a problem with our internal network or network connection, and the reason she knows the problem is ours and not theirs is because every other site on the Internet works fine.

I can't think of a word that adequately sums up how stupid and illogical that is.

Turns out the DNS information for the site might be suspect. The vendor of the site controls that information. Somehow, though, I'm sure it will be something my coworker and I caused...
