Congrat's K_G!

Yes, I've had to write those same sort of checks...scary the first time, scary the second house we bought too. You get over it though

didnt know you were buying a house- welcome to BEING YOUR PARENTS!!! I guarantee that within one year you will be saying things like 'how did that mark get on the wall?' and 'take those shoes OFF before coming in!' even if you aren't saying them out loud :D

Nope. My house is like a skip with windows, and I care not a jot.

I spent the weekend before last scrubbing floors and wondering who tracked in the tar on to my kitchen floor. I never felt the crushing effects of my 20's ending as keenly as I did then.

I have the best of both worlds...I just pay rent on a house I'm going to inherit anyways...so I get a home without paperwork, maintenance or the millstone of debt around my neck.
Now to kill my parents...

Really?

You should go, it's really nice. And a handy alternative to London for touring band gigs.

It must be inside a dome or something. Like that city in The Truman Show.
