A friend of mine bought the V6 AWD version about 6 months ago. It's a great car but still an over priced gussied up VW.

I've been searching around and fell in love with the MK1 GTI. Insurance isn't too bad either! I could pick one up for about 1k too, so I'd have plenty of money left over :D

Indeed, it gets some use from me and never has a single problem. My previous Peugeot was an utter piece of shit, would never get another one...
