Haha! As of today i can begin the process of recruiting a new tester, bringing my minion total to 4!

It can't be coincidence that that is the exact number required to lift one of those palanquin things:

He's special... equal rights dictates that he can't be fired for his incompetence in this situation. The solution: Hire people that can and delude him into thinking he's their boss.

Minions are overrated. You should be lazy enough not to do the work of four people all by yourself. No need to hire others not to do the work of 4 people.

Only if you're outside the public sector.

Lurker

Agreed. The public sector is a different beast altogether. He'll need to put together a flow chart with six different departments, no fewer than 30 employees, plus consultants, in order to not do the work of 4 people.

Unless it's some new public management. Then he'll need a flow chart with six different work groups, various flexible, interdependent and "verifiable" objectives, no fewer than 30 consultants, plus employees, in order to not do the work of a yet to be (by an evaluation procedure) established nr of people.
