I have just made a strange discovery....a 2 finger kitkat, one finger practically all wafer with a few bits of chocolate stuck on the outside, the other was solid chocolate.

Fascinating world we live in...

I had a solid chocolate Kit Kat Chunky. I had to show it to everyone that was around me. LOOK! LOOK! I'VE GOT THE GOLDEN TICKET!

It was nice but I couldn't finish the thing. It was just too much.

anything's better than a human finger in your Butterfinger.

I feel I'm missing out on a major part of my development, I've never found any human body parts in my food :(

I found a bluebottle in a yoghurt once, but that's about it.

This is why things like solid chocolate Kitkats are such an amazing discovery for me. I have led a very sheltered life.

I quite like the new chunky kit-kats. I like to melt four of them together and pretend they're the old-style kit-kats. Then when you eat them you can pretend you're a little pixie.

Wow.

There are those Quality Street you can get in single giant pieces now. I reckon the size ratio would mean that in relation it's a bit like being a kid again and they are trying to sell to people who remember having tins of Quality Street at christmas when they were small because they can't really compete with decent modern quality chocolate but back in the day they were the best England had to offer so in a way they are trying to rekindle that magic feeling they once had. Maybe. I don't know I didn't really think it through and I forgot all about punctuation.

What is it with you people and your candy? It's like you're all closet Willy Wonkas and your whole fucking life revolves around some weird confectionary that is indefineable without seeing it because it's called a Wulliver's Fancy After Tea or something. No wonder you've all got like three teeth to share among you.

I don't really eat candy. I'll have the odd happy hippo that my girlfriend gets me and I'll have some really good dark chocolate once in a blue moon.

A mutant kit kat is a special moment though.

I prefer the grail like quest for the rare mutant Dorito, personally.

Ah, I had one of them. The packet was all plain chips and one perfectly cuboid lump of pure flavouring.

BigGameHunter
11-02-2005, 01:08:28
Wasn't that just fucking awesome? Talk about a sodium rush!

protein

It kind of burned the tongue. The lump was cold to the touch like a crystal.

The solid chocolate kit-kat is the Holy-Grail of the confectionary world, everyone's heard about them, but few have ever seen them. I've had half of one finger made of pure chocolate before, but that's about it.

Mike, i hate to break it to you, but you're never going to find that elusive biscuit filled kit-kat as they're actually made with wafer...

OK...I forget...a your biscuit is our cookie, right?
What do you guys call a cracker, then?

And a Kit Kat is not a Kit Kat without that glorious contrasting crunch, wrapped in the silky smooth embrace of mildly spice reminiscent chocolate.

Goddam...I'm going to have to go to 7 Eleven for a frickin' Kit Kat now...do you know how much of a tool that makes me feel like?

They're much commoner in the Tescos own version Kit-Kat rip-off. We had a packet (or 6 I think) where they were all at least one half pure (plain) chocolate, but as soon as my dad realised he took the whole lot to work and ate them himself. :(

I used to have a mini 2 bar kit kat in my lunch every day at school. I've probably had about 10 or more totally chocolate kit kats.

I had KitKats, I had Mars, I had Lion bars and MilkyWays, I had Togos and Mikados, (and even Bounty, bleurgh) but I'll always remain a Twix guy.
I'd just wish they were still named Raider (http://www.nostalgiacentral.com/pop/sweets.htm) :cute:

Remind me of Matchmakers. They're great but only on sale in PoundStretcher-type shops, it seems.

I love bounty! Haven't had a twix for ages. But you know what's really cool? Dime bars! Used to get them confused with Caramac, don't know how, because they suck
