OK, I got a copy controlled CD and I want to copy it onto my PC. It doesn't work.

So I copy the CD via SP/DIF. I get a non copy protected CD. I copy that CD onto my disc. Voila.

Now I got the original protected CD and the mp3/ATRAC files. What I wanted.

But I also got the non protected work CD. I don't really need it. But should I throw it away? I

What would you do with a spare CD ? Give it to a friend?

So you are asking in a really long and complicated way - "should I throw away a cd I don't need anymore?" ???

I didn't want that CD. I had to copy it because the original was copy protected. Now that I got it I'll give it to someone else and he'll have a CD without copy protection.

I don't think that's te intention of copy protected CDs
