Duran Duran is one of the best 80's bands EVER! Well, them and the Cure and Depeche Mode though DM had most of their best stuff in the early 90's.

Duran Duran is coming to my town in a little over a month and I already have tickets. :D

I dont know whether to laugh or cry

Oerdin I want to marry you- not only do you look like wackim feenix, you also have duran tickets!!! what more could a gal ask?

actually a mate of mine has an aussie mate who met them all recently through promoting some label or other, and got loads of pics of her with Le Bon, Taylor, Rhodes etc (I saw em), and she said they were really nice genuine guys. Me and Luce were virtually in tears going 'why couldn't it be us?????!!!!'

I remember an installment of Jim'll fix it where Simon Le bon rode up on a white horse to this girls school dressed as a medieval knight and carried her off. I WAS SO JEALOUS

of course these days, thats tantamount to a spell in jail

sigh....
