I saw their new video on MTV and it's certainly the best thing I've ever heard from them. What's the rest of the album like?

You mean 'Amerika', Scabby? That's got to be the worst single they've ever released. I couldn't believe it when I first heard it.

I'm listening to the album right now too, and after about the half I have to say I'm seriously underwhelmed. That means you'd probably love it, Scabby. :)

It's more trashy synth-pop industrial and less dour dullmetal. I like it.

I probably will too, the trashy synth pop industrial bit was what made it fun.

Yes, the majority of the album is not like that though. It's still for the most part dour dullmetal ... just quite a bit worse than their previous album.

Ah.

Actually I'm wrong. The album is a lot like 'Amerika' and their previous CD and it does have a couple of songs I really like. It seems less melodic than what I'm used to from them though. I'm not really sure what I don't like about it.

Maybe I'll just have to listen to it a few more times. The second time was already a lot better ... ;)

they were never really industrial to begin with, but they're leaning more towards a more melodic and atmospheric sound.
