Bollocks has many different meanings, depending on context. In that instance it could be interpreted to mean "Never mind all the other crap, here's the Sex Pistols".
Or perhaps the album title is trying to say "Never mind the crazy shit you've read about us, here's our music - judge us for yourselves".
