For this review (http://www.josaka.com/Reviews/2004/BarOz180304/AKandMike.htm) we've been accused of writing vicious personal assaults with an agenda and libel.

Must be our best review ever. Unfortunately the relevant threads have been deleted from the messageboard of the band in question. (Suckoia).

You obviously had an agenda.

To bore the hell out of whomever read that.

I've got this policy that I only give negative reviews to famous bands. Where's the interest in reading about how much unknown bands suck? After all that's the expected pattern (good bands float up) and while you should certainly champion unknowns no-one really is interested in hearing negative things about music you've never heard of.

:cute:

This is for a local bands/gigs site. Can't give everyone good reviews.

Anyway that's not a bad review.

You made them sound like Coldplay. Or Travis. Shit, but loaded.

It was amusing. Many bands are gonna get ticked off if you don't kiss their butts, so might as well say what you think, as long as it isn't a personal attack.

Cast your mind back to a Left Side Brain review about a year or so ago...
