Is it just me or is their eighties stuff due for a revival soon? Nattily produced fusion of electro and blues-rock, sounds like stuff the market should be dying for.

A feminist band did a good version of "Legs".

"We got legs, we know how to use 'em.
We know which end to put our shoes on."

I think sexist Cock Rock is a strongly underrated genre.

Or a cover from one of these new bands that can not think of new songs to right.
why is that they spoil great tracks with covers by shitty bands.

I'm secretly waiting for a Forigner/Styx/Toto/Molly Hatchet revival (not that Molly Hatchet were ever particularly popular in the first place).

Status Quo? Isn't it funny that if someones mentions "Rockin all over the world" it sticks in your head the whole day? Especially "And I like it, I like it...".

I did backstage security for Status Quo when I was 16. (Simpleton was running the gig security)

They came out of their dressing room for me to escort them to the stage and they were totally coked off their faces, they patted me on the head and said "alright son?"

They had cocaine literally dropping out of their nostrils.

Takes me back - I used to hang out with Steve Smith of the Vapors. It was after they split and he formed Shoot!Dispute with Kathy Lomax and with Dylan (not Bob). They were Peel's darlings for a few months.
