HELLOOO !!!

Remember us? Back to waffle once again!

News in brief (very):
Got married (yes, to each other) on 18th September 2002.
Our son Bod (a.k.a. Alexander) is now just over three years old.
Our new squirt (squirtette?) (to be Beatrice) is now five days overdue.
Nell is the size of a house as a result. And whingeing.
Everything in the garden is rosy.
Oh and our dog, Maisie, is still crazy.

So, what news from you guys? Old crew? You out there?

Oh and by the way (sorry if you've already had this waffle by email)...

We'd be really grateful if you'd check out our new forums...

http://forum.nelldomain.com

Feel free to post there if you're really bored!! Would love to hear from any/all of you.

Any comments about the forums, e.g. appearance, ease of use, etc. would be gladly received so that we can improve it where necessary. It's still in the development stage.

Happy New Year to all :)

All the best,
Cheers,
Nell and Milan

Oh, Milan and Nell ++, there have been a few nic shifts since you were here last.
Such as Dyl = Roland among others.
Funkodrome used to be someone else too. :D

Bah, you can't be a REAL CG'er, you don't have a South Park avatar.

And yes, that gois for the rest of you without SP avatars too!

Oh, and Hi Nell and Milan!

Wow, Kitty and Nell in the same month? RC's really run out of ideas if he has to recycle such tired old characters;).

Mind you, sounds like you've developed quite a bit, Nell. I beat you to the wedding though, by 24 days:).

If you remove the skull and fill your head with hot sand you can shrink it. Maybe it would be small enough for an avatar then.

The preparation of the tsantza is a religious rite, by means of which the participants ask that all evil stay away, that the lost soul of the victim be recovered, and that it be born again of a woman in the group.

Figures. Not only do they kill him, they want to fuck him afterwards...

Back again... it's great to see so many of the old faces still around (even though so many of you seem to be using the same South Park plastic surgeon!), and many thanks to everyone for the welcome and the nice comments... starting to feel at home already! :)

More specifically, to those who remember us...

{Taking very deep breath...}

self biased: Legendary? Possibly. Creature? Definitely. Lost? Always has been, and still hasn't been found...

Deacon: Thanks! :p But "well-adjusted"?! Obviously you haven't met us! :D

Yang: Thanks... whoever you are!!

Darkstar: And a big hello again comin' right back at ya :) Great to see you're still here (and there, and everywhere?). Will try to keep the posting up a bit more efficiently than last time!

Dyl: Hmm... you sound like someone we used to know ;) And remember, it could be worse... we could be the ghosts of Christmas yet to come, which would mean you'd have to go out and buy us really expensive presents and stuff. Or cheap ones, stuck in expensive boxes... :)

Funkodrom: Nah, no beer for Nell... strictly gin and antifreeze only :D And great to see you again... how's Reading these days?

chagarra: Nell still has bits of Lal's hair stuck between her teeth, you know... good to see you! We'd forgotten the hat thing, but now we remember all - even including the bits we imagined in the first place!

alsieboo: Um, n00b? If you say so ;) You know, if you're the Goth Wench of Old England, does that mean that, since Nell was around the first time Goth was all the rage (although she was a punk, scarily enough!), she can be the Old Goth Wench of England? Or would that infringe your copyright? :D

And anyone who'd like a pic of the sprog (still only one, the second one now being NINE days overdue to be born!), just drop an email to nell.smith@ntlworld.com. Don't really want to post pictures in threads... my connection is slow enough as it is!

MoSe: Um... wake up?! Not Valhalla (not enough Valkyries or beardy blokes throwing ale at each other), but about as close as any of us will get, hm? :) And roses? What roses? We demand to have them now now NOW!! :D

Beta1: Double hi :)

Gary: Don't think even the Good Lord can help you when it comes to computer problems... even He is no match for the immanent and transcendental entity that is Bill Gates. Sorry you can't get into the forum at the moment (you behind a firewall by any chance?)... wish it was our infamy keeping you out, but seeing as we're sadly lacking same, it sounds more like a security measure. Still, we're moving the forums soonish, so maybe that might help. Oh, and hello :D

MDA: Uh huh... or maybe time to dig out that ACOL forum story Keith wrote about all the terrible things that would happen to BR in a fair and just universe?! :D

Kitty: Hello! See... your ID is a palindrome. Well, sort of :)

Guy: Hey... still around then?

js: Ello again :) But "a few" nic shifts is an understatement... sigh... this site needs a list of who everyone here used to be way back when we were still young ACOLites! At least that way we can be rude to the right people :D

QtFLW: Ah, but we are real CGers, and were real ACOLites and even OWOers before that... the scary thing being, of course, that all of the rest of you seem to have become clones of Cartman and Kenny, whereas we are, of course, as we ever were, the Borg (when we're not being Garfield, of course!). Still, if South Park's the name of the game, can we call you Towelly?!? :D

Ned: Now come on, we're too tired and old for even RC to bother with us... sad to say, one-time padawan, we are scarily real! ;) And Nell certainly has developed... a chronic fear of the sound of toddler wedging dog into letterbox, a massive belly that she can eat her dinner from, and a sensation of wonder that the miniature tyrant is about to be duplicated, albeit in female form! And huge congrats on your marriage... didn't know... hope married life is as good for you as it is for us (for clarity, absolutely no sarkiness intended!) :) :)

RC: I don't believe that even light itself can run faster than you can invent when you put your mind to it ;) Next time you're down in the West Country we'll put a cardboard box out in the street and you can sit in it and be our neighbour again :D Would be nicer than that Godawful flat in Sheppy Bush anyway!!!!! Can you believe that shoebox sold for 200,000?!!??

And, as I guess you've figured out from our own forums, there are some things that are more fun when performed jointly, especially when one is, well, attached to one's partner ;) ;) Mind you, would it help if we jointly made several posts?

Scabrous: Well, did it work? ;) And of course you know that, just because you're paranoid, it doesn't mean they're not out to get you... mwahahaha

LoD: Thank you, thank you... good to see you again! :)

{Releasing deep breath!!}

Hmmm... head shrinking? Maybe if we shrink the dog's head, it won't be so hard getting her out of the letterbox all the time... :D

We go now*.

Nell and Milan {waving to Koshko :) }

PS: Seeing as poor tragic Nell has just worn her fingers to stumps waffling as per usual, she'd be pathetically grateful if anyone who hasn't already given themselves migraines observing our wonderfully pink forum would be gracious enough to pop in and say hello. She doesn't get out* much these days, poor thing...

Thanks js.

Yes, it is my birthday - finally out of puberty, hm? I expect my warts to start disappearing soon, hopefully. Spending the day in great cheer with my family and several furry animals of dubious description. Currently sitting here with a glass of whiskey and a belly the size of a small meteorite thanking the Lord that on this good day things seem to have finally turned towards better!

Cheers mate :)
