Another addition to the plethora of music channels now available. It's going to be either be great or absolutely dire. I know where I'd put my money.

"A new era in rock-ivision begins today, with the launch of guitar music telly channel VH2.

Get out your remote and turn to channel 446 on Sky Digital for 24 hours of 'real' music. Providing a sonic punch in the mouth to manufactured pop pap, VH2 is crammed full of top rock and guitar tracks from the 1990s through to today."

That sounds quite promising, though I bet they'll show a "classic" Chilli's video every 15 minutes like all the other VH stations.

Get an eye and earful of songs and vids from the likes of Coldplay, Starsailor, the Stereophonics, The Strokes, The White Stripes, David Gray, Damien Rice, The Darkness, Muse, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club and many, many more.

What are David Gray and Damian Rice doing in that list...?
