please, don't shout "music forum"
this inspiration was brought me by all the recent genesis (Land of Confusion thread) and Phil Collins (KG's ode to Against all odds) quoting

Now, far from me the idea of dissing or belittling or undermining anyone's hopes.
But, when I saw this
Civ IV List (http://apolyton.net/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=103546)
immediately these lyrics of the song at subject, from the "...and then there were three" album, sprang to my mind:

Some men never listen,
And others never learn,
But why this man did as he did
Only he will ever know.

He knew he was walking
Into a waiting trap,
Neatly set up for him
With a bait so richly wrapped.

So he went inside there to take on what he found
But he never escaped them, for who can escape what he desires?

whew!

sorry :D

you can go on doing what you were before... :cute:

Shouldn't that be "Sid Meier's CivIV"?

I wonder if they can enhance the Sid Meier customer screwing engine to at least give a case with the CD next time?

Makes more sense :)

You didn't get a case with the CD, RC? Probably substandard British production values :D

Will people pronounce it Civiv?

Conquest came with jewel case. But not Civ3 or PTW.

I doubt it. Cheaping out on the case saves them a whole 7 cents per game. That's Going to Hawaii bonus money for the Atari management overseeing the project.
