No sorry this has nothing to do with ousting Tony Blair from power, but with the release of the long awaited game Republic: The Revolution!

I think I'm shocked by saying this, but I think this game is going to be a nifty idea, but it's going to miss the mark. Kinda like Black & White.

It's a very depressing fact but I agree with bully boy

Now all you have to do is agree with my Total War review and your trip towards the dark side will be complete.

Well I hope it doesn't. Possibly it's good that the Black & White fiasco has reduced our expectations. We might just get a surprise.

As I understand it the infinite polygons are no longer so infinite as the polygons everywhere else have expanded during the time it took this to come to life

Actually I think its going to be closer to gangsters than B&W, at least with B&W there was a playable game even if it was a rather 1 trick pony. This one looks like going down the road of being a great idea but probably aint going to be any fun at all.

I see the 'release date' has been passed. No surprise there really. play.com says 11/07 at the moment.

The opinions of others are as usual- a pollutant, I must keep myself pure! Therefore I hereby pledge not to read anymore opinions of the game online until I am thuroughly satisfied with my own fortified opinion of it, somewhere around Hour-12.
