On Wednesday the second of April soul legend Edwin Starr died from heart-related problems. He was 61. Starr was best-known for his 1970 No. 1 hit "War", an anti-war song about the Vietnam conflict. Lots of his other songs are really good too.

Yup. They played "Agent Double-O Soul" on the radio yesterday, good stuff!

Wasn't he the one who indicted Bill Clinton? :hmm:

No. He's the one who ate the hamster.

You're all wrong. Edwin Starr was the infamous Starr man, waiting in the sky, he'd like to come and see us but he thinks he'll blow our mind.
