You all love music, and you definitely all love to share your opinions. So I'd like you to listen to my mates band and see what you think. I think some of you might like them, they are a bit rock!

I also have a CD of three other songs they went to a studio to record but I don't have any webspace to upload them *hint*

I'm coming down the the big smoke where they have their first London gig (in Islington, at a place called, The Garage)

Those mp3s are really poor quality. 400K for 4 minutes. I quite like what I'm hearing songwise but the recording quality or the reduction of the low quality mp3s takes a lot of the crispness out of it. Some nice ideas though. I'd check them out live based on that.

Ditto what the Funkster said.

I think that they need to do a decent studio recording. It sounds awfull but so do any band recorded through a telephone.

decent mp3 sample quality comes out as a meg a minute, they are on 100K a minute, 1/10th as good. No idea how good the original recording might have been.

Those were 2 demo songs recorded about 4 months ago in a studio.

I've got a cd here with 3 newish songs they've recorded in a studio but no webspace to put them on.

Maybe they should change studio. There were bits that were out of tune (in a bad way) and somw instuments were too loud or too quiet. This might be an illusion of the really poor quality mp3s though.

The band know what the song is supposed to sound like so they hear it at that quality and imagine that it is good.

I would certainly like to hear them on a decent quality recording.
