I managed, through playing football and watching DVDs, to let this completely pass me by. Now I have to wait until March, but that’s OK, because one of you guys will have seen it, right? Right? Is it as good as it sounds?

My mistake, there is somewhere nearby showing it next week. And About Schmidt. And Irréversible. And Gangs of New York. And Catch Me If You Can. And The Pianist. And Spider.

I think it may be time to invest in a UGC Unlimited card.

And Real Women Have Curves. It’s a good thing I already saw 8 Mile, too.

Is that the movie where God comes to Earth and falls in love with a woman, but accidently turns her into a cow, however, the cow won't produce any milk so he sells it for magic beans?

That’s The Wedding Cow.

Finally saw this, and it’s exceptional. The direction is absolutely inspired, and makes a potentially confusing non-linear seem straightforward. It’s energetic, it’s electrifying, and it’s bound to be one of the best films of the year. It really is hard to describe the experience of seeing this film, but just go see it if there’s anywhere still showing it near you.

"City of God" was an old Aleister Crowley poem incidentally.

I am very keen to see this. It is supposed to be very good, if a little depressing

Well, I’m not sure if anywhere other than this place (http://www.royal-spa-centre.co.uk/cinema.html) is actually showing it.
