Ion Storm (Austin) was the developer of Thief 3 and the Deus Ex games. You may recall that both Warren Spector and Harvey Smith (minor game deities) both recently left for presumably greener pastures.

To coincide with the start of Wacko Jackos trial on Monday, here's a great little tongue-in-cheek shooter. You have to fire nets at the escaping kids to score points and progress through the game, the night mode is particularly challenging!

Take Two has been revealed as the buyer of Civ license. Takes over distributing all current Firaxis products, including SMAC and SMACAX. Has rights to Civ 4 as well as future Civ products and first dibs on all other Firaxis projects.

This is an insanely addictive game. The purpose? Get Santa round the track in the quickest time possible by dragging him with your mouse.

HEALTH WARNING: Playing this game has given me a form of RSI, let's call it Speedy Santa wrist.

PS2 Malware alert: Veautiful Joe 2 Demo!

Sony has issued a warning to all PS2 owners. The Holiday 2004 Demo Disc has a serious malware issue. When you run the Veautiful Joe 2 demo, it erases all data on whatever memory card is in the PS2 console. So remove your memory cards from your PS2 before using the Holiday 2004 Demo.
